Due to COVID-19, Texas HHS requires that care attendants must screen themselves and their clients before going to the client’s home and providing services. It is also a requirement that this screening should be documented. DO NOT GO TO YOUR CLIENT’S HOME UNTIL YOU ANSWER THE QUESTIONS PROVIDED BELOW.
